The Can Man Dan Foundation is very happy to announce that We're Here For Ya Day is returning to Edmonton and has officially been set for August 24, 2025! 

For thirteen years, Can Man Dan and various community leaders have been supplying thousands of low-income children and their families with all of the basic necessities for the back-to-school season, which is traditionally a struggling time for families on a limited budget. 

This year, free backpacks filled with school supplies, nutritious food hampers, and high quality haircuts will be made available to families and children who are in need. 

This year, We're Here For Ya Day will take place from 10am to 5pm on August 24th, 2025 at North Edmonton's Shadified Hair Salon & Spa.

URGENT CALL FOR DONORS

We are urgently seeking partners and donors to help make this event a success. This event is fully-funded and run by the leaders and citizens of our local community who care.

If you're reading this, please consider donating and help us ensure that no child is left without. In 2024, we had to turn away approximately 300 families due to lack of donations and we're hoping that we don't run into that problem again this year -- please consider helping us help others!
